Job Summary
Resident Director position on Mercer University campus; acts as supervisor and role model for area staff, advises hall governments, collaborates with the Area Coordinator, and serves as a resource to residents to develop a strong, positive, and respectful community. Requires the candidate to be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, be a full-time student, live on campus in assigned apartment, maintain specified academic standards, and comply with university policies. Scheduled 20 hours with a fixed term from 07/01/2026 to 05/12/2027; includes I-9 employment eligibility verification requirements for citizenship or residency.
