Resident Director

Supervise a team of Resident Assistants, including recruitment, selection, and training, while fostering a vibrant, inclusive residential community aligned with Assumption University's Catholic mission. Monitor student behavior, conduct health and safety inspections, and manage room changes and facility needs. Participate in the on-call rotation to respond to emergencies, policy violations, and crisis situations, maintaining a visible presence during evenings, weekends, and major campus events. Collaborate weekly with the Assistant Director and monthly with the Director of Residential Life, attending team meetings and partnering with campus departments for holistic student success. Serve as a Campus Security Authority and Responsible Employee for Title IX reporting, acting as the primary hearing officer for Community Standards violations.
