Job Summary
Support individuals in achieving quality of life and safety across settings by implementing Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), following Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavior Skills Plans, managing daily schedules, providing transportation, and assisting with activities of daily living (showers, toileting, brushing teeth, laundry). Maintain HIPAA/confidentiality, record accurate data, supervise residents, and promote participation in social and vocational opportunities. duties include community involvement, safety interventions, potential physical restraints as needed, and collaborating with team to ensure high-quality living within residential settings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- CPR/First Aid
- MAP
- DDS Licensing and Certification required training
- PABC (physical restraints)
