Job Summary
Provide resident support within a 24/7 residential program. Participate as a member of the person’s planning, implementation, and interdisciplinary teams to assist, promote, and provide independence in daily treatment, care, and services. Respect the person’s choices, lifestyle, and dignity, helping to lift informed risks. Assist in implementing personalized habilitation services and in acquiring skills including basic activities of daily living, self-care, and household management as outlined in each person’s care plan. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, lifting 50 pounds; one year related experience preferred.
