Job Summary
Resident Coordinator at Urby responsible for hospitality at the welcome desk and lobby areas, overseeing brand standards in lobby/café, guiding walk-in guests with leasing information, coordinating move-in inspections, managing packages and deliveries, coordinating with maintenance for access to units, coordinating elevator use for movers, ensuring safety and security procedures, supporting resident engagement and local vendor recommendations, encouraging resident feedback and Google reviews, and maintaining effective communication with the property management team to deliver high-quality resident experiences. Must have strong interpersonal and English communication skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and be capable of handling tasks such as reprogramming key fobs, updating vehicle information, and assisting with garage access and system audits. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a customer-service oriented approach, with generous benefits and growth opportunities.
