Resident Construction Manager (Cape Cod) - $5000 Sign-on Bonus!

Lead field execution on a major wastewater infrastructure expansion in Provincetown, MA as Resident Construction Manager. Oversee construction subcontractors to ensure work is performed in accordance with design plans and specifications, verify field safety and environmental monitoring programs, ensure compliance with permits, address RFIs and changes in field conditions, issue field directives with project management input, document daily construction activity with reports and photos, monitor equipment/material deliveries, maintain construction/startup schedules, provide updates to DPW staff, assist with public notices and door-to-door notifications, review subcontractor invoices and change orders, manage startup and commissioning of procured equipment, ensure field testing per contract documents, maintain record drawing red lines, develop closeout punch lists, and lead meetings with the project team, subcontractors, and Town staff. Minimum BS/BA in related field with 8 years of experience; strong communication and documentation skills; willingness to work on active construction sites; valid U.S. driver's license; MVRS check. Preferred: extensive CM/CI experience on water/wastewater projects; DB/DBO delivery; startup/commissioning experience; sponsorship not available.
