Job Summary
Resident Caregiver responsibilities include assisting residents with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, mobility, and ADLs, including devices; performing routine housekeeping tasks and escorting residents to meals and activities; assisting with medication administration under supervision and reporting changes in residents’ conditions; supporting dining services and participating in social/activity programs; responding to emergencies; and adhering to care practices grounded in compassionate, relationship-centered care. Requires a high school diploma or HSED and Wisconsin-certified Nursing Assistant credentials or CNA coursework with plan to take the federal test within 120 days; role involves active, hands-on care with rotating shifts; no travel expected; location Oshkosh, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of high school or HSED
- Federally certified as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Wisconsin or graduate of a Nursing Assistant class who will take the Federal test within 120 days of class
