Job Summary
Provide resident care and services under nursing direction, focusing on health monitoring, safety, and dignity. Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and ambulation. Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns. Support meal services, housekeeping, and environmental maintenance to ensure a sanitary environment. Facilitate resident engagement through companionship and activity support. Accurately document care, observations, and communications. If CMT-certified, prepare and administer oral and topical medications while verifying intake and reporting adverse reactions. Liaise with families, providers, and departments to coordinate resident needs.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to relate positively with staff, residents, families and the community
- Must have a Certified Med Tech certificate
