Job Summary
Oversee a Resident Care team by managing daily operations, including scheduling, task delegation, performance appraisals, and handling disciplinary actions. Coordinate with outside solution providers to select proposals, manage relations, and ensure quality performance across building apparatuses and inventory. Maintain elevated living experience standards by inspecting suites before and after occupancy, monitoring communal spaces, and addressing sub-par equipment or esthetics. Manage fiscal responsibilities by procuring supplies, executing expense control, and submitting accurate property invoices while communicating with property owners. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fair-housing regulations through mandatory training and adherence to local laws.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent customer service training in Residence Property Management apparatuses
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a Resident care field
- Two of which were holding a supervisory position directing a multi-functional Resident Care team
- Strong programmed aptitudes
- Superior knowledge of all building apparatuses and building functional technology
- Excellent resident care solutions and observation skills
- Ability to define areas of opportunity to improve the living experience and resolve them quickly
- Familiarity with local and national building requirements ensuring a safe resident living experience
- Familiarity with all current health and safety regulations
- Strong supervisory skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with ever changing priorities and or opportunities
- Must be a self-starter who can lead team members at all levels both in and out of the property
