Resident Care Supervisor (LPN) evenings 2-10p supervising nursing staff and assisting with medications to ensure residents receive high-quality care. Responsibilities include monitoring personal care services provided by resident aides, reporting changes in residents’ condition to the next shift and the Resident Care Manager, and ensuring high standards of care. Requires a current state LPN license; one year of nursing leadership experience is preferred, with geriatric nursing experience also preferred. Strong organizational and supervisory skills and ability to work with residents’ families and other departments are essential. Working at Heathwood Assisted Living in Penfield, NY with a sign-on bonus up to $4000.
