Job Summary
Resident Care Supervisor leads the Assisted Living community’s care operations, supervising care staff, coordinating with medical professionals and families, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a homelike atmosphere. Responsibilities include overseeing medication administration and reconciliations, supervising on-duty staff, documenting resident conditions and activities, communicating changes to clinical leadership, and ensuring high-quality, respectful resident care across shifts. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, med-tech certification and CPR/First Aid, and prior supervisory experience; CNA and higher degrees preferred. Shift covered is 10p-6a, location Bradenton, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current med-tech certification
- CPR/First Aid
- CNA preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum three years’ supervisory/management experience in assisted living or memory care (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred)
