Resident Care Nurse RN

RN Resident Care Nurse delivers quality nursing care to residents through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to assure resident safety and well being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Century Park standards. Responsibilities include overseeing medication administration (MARs), hands-on medication assistance, performing treatments, monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar), charting resident information, communicating changes to physicians, transcribing orders, assisting with activities of daily living, ordering/re-ordering medications, responding to call lights, providing shift handoffs, and assisting with supervisory duties and staff training. Requires nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s), active RN license, CPR/First Aid as required, and operates within Century Park policies and HIPAA/confidentiality standards. Weekend availability, sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth are part of the role.
