Resident Care Nurse LPN

Job Summary
Full-time LPN providing resident care in an assisted living setting: oversees medication administration, performs treatments per physician orders, monitors vital signs (BP, pulse, glucose), documents resident information, relays changes to physicians, transcribes orders, assists with activities of daily living, orders/reorders medications from pharmacies, responds to call lights, and supports the Resident Care Director with supervision and staff training. Requires active LPN license, CPR certification, and First Aid as applicable; 1 year senior-services experience preferred. Shifts are day shift, Monday–Friday, with rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from accredited program
- Must maintain an active LPN license in good standing throughout employment
- One (1) year experience in senior services preferred
- Must have CPR certification upon hire, or obtain during orientation, certification must remain current during employment
- Must have current First Aid certification (if required by State)
