The Resident Care Manager assists the Director of Nursing Services in managing daily functions of the nursing department in a long-term care facility. This includes overseeing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing patient care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
- Good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel and families
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of quality assurance programs
- Experience with PCC
