Job Summary
Monitor and evaluate assigned residents, assess care levels upon condition changes, and notify the Assistant Living Director of any shifts in status. Supervise departmental operations, manage care associate schedules, and review payroll documentation to control labor costs. Coordinate medication programs, monitor physician orders, and interface with external health services to ensure timely and accurate care delivery. Conduct daily stand-up meetings, coach team members, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and privacy standards. Manage emergency situations and assist with community sales processes as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Must have or be able to obtain the appropriate State license required by law if required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience
- College course work
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- One to three years' experience working in senior care
- CPR Certified
- Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom
