Resident Care Manager Assisted Living

Lead and mentor caregiver and licensed nursing staff in an on-site, full-time Resident Care Manager role at an assisted living community. Responsible for coordinating care transitions, supervising Medication Techs and Caregivers, supporting nurses, maintaining resident health status observations, ensuring accurate documentation and charting, conducting QA audits, and managing budget-driven supply purchases. Requires hands-on resident care during clinical outbreaks and the ability to communicate policies and procedures clearly to residents, families, and employees. Includes formulating care plans, onboarding new staff, and collaborating with the Director of Health Services and Staffing Coordinator to ensure high-quality, compliant resident care.
