Job Summary
Oversee resident care department through supervising and hands-on support of the care staff; manage and train resident care staff to ensure quality service delivery; ensure regulatory compliance; complete resident assessments and care plans for new and current residents; conduct daily/weekly compliance audits and QA initiatives; leadership and clinical nursing skills to drive effective care in an assisted living community.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of North Carolina
- Minimum of two years nursing experience, long-term care experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
