Job Summary
Direct the day-to-day functions of the community, including hiring, supervising, and directing staff in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Manage care coordination for residents by disseminating information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers. Assist the Executive Director to ensure policies and state regulations are followed. Occasionally cover Med Tech and Caregiving shifts. Provide health services training to employees and oversee the medication administration program. This role supports a care-centered culture within a senior living community, utilizing a background in senior living and geriatric populations to serve residents with complex medical needs.
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
- Have to have a background in Senior Living and caring for seniors
- Creativity, flexibility, time management skills, and a knowledge base of the geriatric population who may have complex medical needs
- The ability to provide health services training to other employees of the Community, and to oversee the medication administration program
- Proficient in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in working with similar age demographics and experience in operations and clinical oversight in a setting such as ours preferred
