Job Summary
Oversee clinical aspects of resident care, including medication management, treatment plans, and assessments; lead a team of caregivers including nurses and aides; advocate for residents’ needs, preferences, and rights; implement and monitor quality assurance programs to improve care delivery and resident satisfaction; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, social workers) to develop comprehensive care plans and holistic support for residents.
Required Qualifications
- RN Licensure: Current RN/LPN license in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a senior care setting
