Resident Care Coordinator

Schedule Assisted Living team members and manage care staff in Alabama. Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents to manage ISP changes as needs evolve. Review and implement operational processes for efficiency, including shower and laundry schedules. Lead weekly at-risk meetings with leadership to ensure all resident needs are addressed. Promote company policies to ensure communities provide optimal care. Requires 3-5+ years of caregiver experience, CNA certification preferred, and fluency in English. HS or GED required.
