Job Summary
Resident Care Coordinator responsible for day-to-day operations related to resident care in Assisted Living in Stuart, FL. Oversees care staff scheduling, participates in care plan meetings with families and residents, and manages ISP changes as resident needs evolve. Supports the HWD and ensures policies are followed to provide optimal resident care; leads weekly at-risk meetings with leadership; standardizes processes for scheduling, caregiver assignments, and operational efficiency. Requires HS/GED, 3-5+ years caregiver experience, CNA preferred; strong communication with families and frontline team; basic computer skills including Excel; calm, organized, and flexible demeanor; fluent English.
