Job Summary
Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) coordinates care and mentors staff within a Salem, OR retirement/assisted living community. The role includes leading staff training, serving as on-call support, reviewing assignments with leadership, maintaining resident records, assisting residents with activities of daily living, medications, and treatments, and supporting care plans to promote resident independence. CPR/First Aid certification as required by state regulations is included, along with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, PTO, life insurance, 401-K, and EAP. The RCC acts as a resource to team members, ensuring quality care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
