Job Summary
Coordinate staff training and orientation, manage payroll and labor hours, supervise new employee onboarding, perform MAR audits, liaise with nurses, physicians, and outside agencies, support QA activities, oversee service plans and care conferences, and manage supplies in a Salem, OR facility.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising healthcare staff
- Strong payroll and scheduling experience
- Knowledge of CRIMS or similar staffing systems
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (and other required trainings such as Food handlers, CEUs)
- Experience coordinating employee enrollment in benefits
- Ability to audit staff performance and conduct skills evaluations
- Familiarity with service plan updates and QA processes
- Experience preparing payroll reports and managing labor hours
- Ability to liaise with physicians, nurses, home health and hospice agencies
- Proficiency with phone systems, nurse call systems, and office equipment
- Ability to participate in quarterly service plan care conferences
- Experience in supply management and purchasing of medical supplies and durable medical equipment
- Supervisory responsibilities including performance evaluations and onboarding
