Job Summary
Provide assigned residents with routine daily cares in accordance with established site procedures as directed by the supervisor. Resident Care Functions include assisting residents with personal cares (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), preparing and assisting with meals, promptly addressing residents’ needs, routine cleaning of resident areas, and assisting in resident interventions for behavior. Flexible hours (evening and weekends) and PRN schedule. The role supports a care-focused environment in an assisted living setting serving adults 55+ with intellectual disabilities and mental illness; comprehensive benefits including insurance, 403(b), PTO, and wellness incentives. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent education.
- Minimum one-year experience.
