Job Summary
Resident Care Coordinator role focused on coordinating and delivering resident care under Health Services Director and Executive Director. Responsibilities include developing and implementing Cooperative Service Plans, interviewing/hiring/training health services staff, maintaining staffing schedules, managing medication carts and supplies, communicating resident condition changes to the team, and stepping in as Medication Aide or Personal Care Attendant as needed. Requires prior experience in assisted living/memory care settings and the ability to work on-call, weekends, and holidays. Education requirement: high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience as Personal Care Attendant or 6 months as Medication Technician/Aide, or previous experience as Resident Care Coordinator
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent knowledge and skills
