Resident Care Coordinator (LPN)

Review and supervise compliance with policies for total patient care, including meal service, activities, housekeeping, and laundry under Executive Director directives. Monitor personal and staff adherence to state and federal regulations covering bloodborne pathogens, infection control, hazardous materials, and resident rights. Assist residents with admission processes while ensuring compliance with requirements for Advance Directives, Resident Rights information, and assessments. Provide care and compassion to foster the physical and emotional well-being of residents.
