Resident Care Coordinator

Monitor resident care staff performance, conduct evaluations, and document corrective actions. Coordinate ongoing training and preservice orientation for care staff. Verify employee hours, complete nursing schedules, and assign monthly weights to rotating shifts. Monitor medication administration through frequent audits and assist the Director of Nursing with self-administration, ordering, and record maintenance. Observe residents' health status, address concerns within scope of practice, and report significant changes or reactions to the Assisted Living Director and Director of Nursing. Conduct pre-admission screenings for prospective residents and update capabilities every six months.
