Resident Care Coordinator

The Resident Care Coordinator oversees and administers resident services in the community, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards of practice, and government regulations to maintain quality care. Responsibilities include compliance monitoring, reporting abuse/neglect, maintaining confidentiality, managing admissions and resident rights, coordinating service agreements, supervising staff, coordinating with physicians/pharmacy, and ensuring readiness for emergencies. Requires a valid LPN or RN license and CPR certification; proficient English communication and basic computer skills; ability to work extended hours and weekends; ability to mobilize and assist residents with lifting and transfer activities as described, and to relate to ill, elderly, and emotionally upset residents.
