Resident Care Coordinator

Review and supervise compliance with policies pertaining to total patient care, including meal service, activities, housekeeping, and laundry under Executive Director directives. Monitor personal and staff compliance with state and federal regulations covering bloodborne pathogens, infection control, and resident rights. Assist residents with admission while ensuring adherence to State and Federal requirements regarding Advance Directives and assessments. Provide care and compassion to foster the physical and emotional well-being of residents.
