Job Summary
Initiate medical records for new resident admissions per state, federal, and local guidelines, uploading documents into electronic systems. Assist with scheduling in-house and outside medical appointments, as well as tracking monthly staff trainings. Participate in CPR/First Aid instructor training and provide these trainings to staff as needed. Requires MA or LPN license, current driver's license, and two years of geriatric experience. Full-time role with every other weekend schedule. Competitive salary, health benefits, and PTO included.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- Ability to work every other weekend
- high school diploma
- at least 21 years of age
- at least two years' experience in a geriatric setting
- previous health experience in hospital and/or community setting
- Current Driver's License
- MA or LPN
