Job Summary
Complete scheduling for resident care staff and conduct regular inspections of resident records in accordance with state regulations. Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to orient, monitor progress, and reinforce training of resident care staff while completing all required Navion Senior Solutions documentation. Assist in implementing state regulations, audit Medication Administration Reports, and present the community through staff meetings and events. Manage on-duty coverage and ensure timely completion of resident assessments per licensure guidelines. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- CMA certification
- Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others
- Ability to manage team processes and promote a team environment

- Experience or training in an equivalent setting preferred
