Job Summary
Maintain the Caregiver/Med Tech schedule and fill scheduling gaps as needed. Assist with new hire training, coordinate with Home Health and Hospice companies, and organize medical transports. Manage medication administration records, cycle medications, and maintain an organized medication cart. Document shift change notes and communicate regularly with administration. Fulfill other duties assigned by the Head RCC while cultivating a customer service culture within the team. You will be part of a team providing quality, innovative care for senior residents in Orem, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Medication Tech certification
- Experience in an assisted living community
- Current CNA certification
- Current MED TECH certification
- Experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting
