Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living and deliver personal care services while promoting choice and participation. Support the implementation of meals, housekeeping, laundry, and therapeutic recreation programs. Participate in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities including group outings and special events. Maintain a resident-centered approach aligned with provincial standards and organizational values. This role requires a graduate of a Health Care Assistant program registered with the BC Care Aide Registry. Competitive hourly wage of $31.64 with health benefits and paid time off. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Health Care Assistant program from a college recognized by the Post- Secondary Education Commission
