Job Summary
Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, following each resident’s Personalized Service Plan (PSP); participate in developing and updating service plans, monitor hydration and meals, assist with activities, ensure cleanliness and safety, respond promptly to security calls, and maintain a high quality of life for residents; requires High School education (preferred by state), 18+ years old, and experience with elders preferred; must be available for weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School education preferred and may be required by the state
- Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to perform the personal care aspects of the RCA position
- Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours
