Resident Care Associate (RCA) - Assisted Living

Assist 48 residents with medication management, personal care, and daily activities to maintain their independence and dignity. Coordinate food services including meal delivery, kitchen cleanup, and food preparation, while performing light housekeeping and other resident support tasks. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, though previous direct care experience or CNA certification is beneficial for higher starting pay. Part-time and casual call opportunities include every other holiday off.
