Job Summary
The Lodge at Blue Ridge is hiring a Resident Care Associate to provide high-quality care and services to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, including hands-on care, following Personalized Service Plans (PSP), maintaining hydration schedules, assisting with meals and activities, ensuring resident rights and safety, and responding promptly to call bells. Duties include updating PSPs, attending service plan reviews with families, supervising cleanliness and room conditions, assisting with ADLs, and coordinating with housekeeping for hazardous materials. Requires ability to work weekends/evenings, and high school education is preferred; 18+ years old and prior experience with elders or in Dementia/Skilled Nursing is valued. Shift pattern is Mon-Fri with every other weekend. Location: Blue Ridge, GA.
Required Qualifications
- High School education preferred and may be required by the state
- Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to perform the personal care aspects of the RCA position
- Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred
