Job Summary
Conduct daily resident care including completing ADLs, checking on assigned residents for cleanliness and continence issues, and responding promptly to call bells. Assist with activities, follow hydration schedules, and ensure meal attendance sheets are completed while maintaining room and common area hygiene. Participate in developing and updating Personalized Service Plans and attend review meetings with families as requested. Adhere to all federal, state, and local standards while using proper sanitary procedures. Work Mon-Fri with every other weekend required, reporting to the Family Experience Director.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to perform the personal care aspects of the RCA position
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours
- Available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High School education preferred
- Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred
- Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
