Job Summary
Resident Care Associate role in Auburn, AL is responsible for providing hands-on care and emotional support to a consistent group of residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, following individualized PSPs, maintaining hydration schedules, assisting with ADLs, ensuring resident rights and safety, participating in service-plan updates, coordinating with families, and handling duties such as room cleanliness, laundry, and responding to call bells; requires CNA background, flexibility to work 1st/2nd/3rd shifts including weekends, and a focus on wellness and adherence to regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School education preferred and may be required by the state
- Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to perform the personal care aspects of the RCA position
- Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times
