Job Summary
Provide personal and companion care to residents in Eskaton communities, including bathing/showering, dressing, mobility assistance, and daily living activities per resident service plans. Duties include assisting with shopping, errands, meal preparation, coordinating medical appointments, accompanying residents to appointments, documenting care, assisting with activities and memory-care tasks, supporting independence and safety, and applying prescribed medical devices. May deliver meal trays, assist with resident laundry, and participate in life-enrichment activities as directed. Requires teamwork, adherence to HIPAA, safety protocols, and a professional appearance; starting pay ranges from $20.65-$25.75 per hour with benefits and 401K matching.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Six (6) months’ experience in providing personal care in an RCFE or other long-term care setting preferred
- Valid/current first aid certification
