Provides resident care in Memory Care, assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, undressing, and ambulation; changes bed linens and completes laundry; supports safe resident movement; assists Life Enrichment team with programming and activities; documents services per policy; upholds HIPAA and compliance standards; demonstrates empathy, strong customer service, and professional demeanor; reports any changes in condition to supervisor and adheres to organizational policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Active certification in first aid and CPR
