Job Summary
Directly assist residents with daily tasks in Assisted Living and Memory Care, including aiding mobility, lifts and transfers, documenting daily care activities, and following individualized care plans. Provide emotional and psychosocial support, maintain residents’ dignity and rights, ensure safety and infection-control procedures, report issues promptly, and collaborate with the care team to support residents and their families.
Required Qualifications
- Direct-Care or other state specific certification required, or willingness to obtain.
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain according to company policy.
