Resident Care Assistants/ Med Techs Hiring All Shifts

Waters Edge of Bradenton seeks full-time, part-time, and PRN Resident Care Staff and Med Techs to support residents across all shifts, including some weekends. Key responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), administering medications and treatments per safety and compliance protocols, monitoring health status and reporting changes, maintaining accurate documentation of care, and fostering a warm, respectful environment. The role requires at least one year of experience as a Med Tech or Care Staff in an assisted living or HHA setting, ability to pass a level two background check and drug screening, strong communication and interpersonal skills, compassion, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
