Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while providing medication reminders. Identify physical and cognitive changes to make appropriate follow-up decisions, documentation, and communication to associates. Support leisure time programming by escorting residents to activities and assist with dining services and general housekeeping duties as needed. Promote residents' dignity, independence, self-determination, privacy, choice, and rights while showing compassion and empathy. Comply with all policies and procedures and updates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to show compassion and empathy toward residents and associates
