Job Summary
As a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) at Integritus Healthcare, you will assist residents with personal care tasks, including dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility support. Responsibilities extend to monitoring residents and ensuring safety through supervision. You will engage in supportive interactions with residents and provide assistance with technology. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to operate under the guidelines of healthcare standards. RCAs start at $16.00 per hour, with a raise to $18.00 upon certification as a CNA, with further educational support for LPN or Associate-level RN programs.
