Job Summary
Provide direct resident care in high acuity assisted living, assisting residents with personal cares (dressing, bathing, bathroom assistance) and daily activities while promoting independence and dignity. Communicate with residents, families, and other departments to ensure safety and well-being; assist with medication administration, provide transportation for meals/activities, document daily care, and operate with a team-focused approach. Shifts include AM, PM, NOC, with on-call weekends and holiday rotations; certifications are not required as training is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), preferred
- CBRF Certification, preferred
- Previous direct care experience, preferred
- CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant Training (in any state)
