Resident Care Assistant - NOC Shift

Provide physical and psychosocial care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and ambulation. Conduct room checks, perform laundry, and manage housekeeping tasks such as bed-making and bathroom cleaning. Escort residents, coordinate transportation, and assist with correspondence while monitoring for environmental safety hazards and reporting changes in physical or cognitive status. Utilize safe transfer techniques, operate medical equipment, and document all services on company forms. Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain professional demeanor during interactions with residents and families.
