Resident Care Assistant - NOC Shift

Job Summary
Provide physical and psychosocial care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation. Conduct resident rounds, perform room checks, and monitor for environmental safety hazards while utilizing safe transfer techniques. Wash laundry, operate medical equipment, and escort residents for transportation and dining. Report changes in residents' condition, suspected abuse, or emergencies to the supervisor immediately. Document services on company forms and maintain professional demeanor during interactions. Full-time overnight shift. Must be able to lift 40 pounds and pass drug testing and background check. Experience in assisted living preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Satisfactory completion of the company Resident Assistant skills competency checklist
- Be in good physical health and free of communicable diseases
- Lifting, bending, and pushing medication cart about residence
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire and upon request of supervisor
- Full-time overnight shift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living preferred
