Resident Care Assistant - HHA/CNA

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding while promoting dignity and independence. Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and observe changes in residents' physical or mental condition to report promptly to nursing staff. Provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including repositioning, transferring, and assisting with mobility to prevent falls and pressure injuries. Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols, responding to call lights, and ensuring resident comfort. Foster a positive, respectful environment by encouraging engagement in meaningful daily activities. Requires HHA or CNA certification, fluent English communication, and full-time or part-time availability.
