Job Summary
Resident Care Assistant role on 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) at Regina Health Center in Richfield, OH. Responsibilities include answering call lights, restroom and shower assistance, dressing and personal resident needs, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe Assisted Living environment. Candidates should have experience with older adults in health care, knowledge of personal care and mobility assistance, strong communication skills with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, and a compassionate, dignity-focused approach. Full-time (4 days/week) and part-time (3 days/week) schedules with rotating weekends/holidays; pay is $18.00/hour plus $0.75/hour differential for 3rd shift (expected 24-32 hours/week).
