Resident Care Assistant - FT 3pm-11pm

Provide quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with community vision, policy, and regulatory standards. Assist with Assisted Daily Living activities, including escorting residents to and from the dining room, serving meals, and supporting independence while observing and reporting changes in appetite or physical abilities. Adhere to individual service plans, notify the Resident Care Coordinator of condition changes, and act immediately on any resident crisis following protocol and first aid training. Dispose of incontinent products per OSHA regulations and practice proper body mechanics during lifting. Clean dining rooms, tidy rooms, or assist with laundry as needed. Develop meaningful relationships with residents, patients, and families while protecting resident rights.
